Who operates this store

You Look Great Singapore is operated by Look Great Company, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd. Our Singapore administration office and customer-service details appear on the Contact Us page. The administration office is not a retail shop or returns address.

Using this website

You may use this website to review products, contact us and place genuine orders. Do not interfere with the website, submit unlawful or harmful material, misuse another person's information, or attempt unauthorised access to the site or its services.

Product information

We aim to describe each item accurately using the information available to us. Screen settings can affect colour, and product photographs are illustrative. Check the product page, supplied label and instructions before use, and contact us before ordering if a specification is important to your decision. Beauty and personal-care content is general product information and is not medical advice or a promise of a particular result.

Prices and payment

Prices on this store are in Singapore dollars (SGD). The cart shows product prices, discounts and delivery charges before payment. Payment is processed by the payment option you choose. We do not receive your full card number.

Orders

Your checkout submission is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and we send an order confirmation, subject to product availability and verification. If we cannot accept an order, we will contact you and arrange the appropriate refund. Electronic order records and confirmations may be used to form and evidence the contract.

Delivery

We deliver within Singapore. Delivery charges, handling time and estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. Items in one order may arrive in separate parcels.

Returns, defects and cancellations

Our voluntary return and cancellation terms are in the Refunds and Returns Policy. Those terms do not restrict remedies for goods that do not conform to contract or any right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Singapore's Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003 provides additional consumer rights for non-conforming goods.

Intellectual property

Website text, design and owned media may not be copied, republished or used commercially without permission, except where law permits. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability, rights or remedies where Singapore law does not allow that result. Subject to that rule, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. This does not remove any mandatory protection that applies to you.

Changes and contact
